Job Summary
ROLE SUMMARY
This position is based out of Chennai / Vellore office, responsible for the following:
- Review the clearing house / System Edits for the rejected claims
- Review the rejections / Edits reason and fix them as per guidelines provided
- Rebill the claims in the claim billing system as necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Download the rejection report from the clearing house / billing queue
- Identify major trends and escalate to the Client / Leader as necessary
- Responsible for meeting the productivity targets
- Review the instructions and follow them diligently
- Track their own productivity in the respective tools
- Strive to meet the client quality expectations consistently
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- Under Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 6 months experience
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES
- Minimal written and spoken English
- Basic English comprehension skills
- Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics
- Attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- An effective balance between break-through creativity and compliance for company processes
- Time management skills
