Transaction Processing -refunds Job in Ags Health

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is based out of Chennai / Vellore office, responsible for the following:

• Review the clearing house / System Edits for the rejected claims
• Review the rejections / Edits reason and fix them as per guidelines provided
• Rebill the claims in the claim billing system as necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Download the rejection report from the clearing house / billing queue
• Identify major trends and escalate to the Client / Leader as necessary
• Responsible for meeting the productivity targets
• Review the instructions and follow them diligently
• Track their own productivity in the respective tools
• Strive to meet the client quality expectations consistently

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• Under Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 6 months experience
