Job Summary
  • Should possess good RPA skillset - RPA Methodology, RPA life cycle, best practice, RPA tool
  • Intelligent Document Processing/understanding, Computer Vision & OCR technologies.
  • Analyse and Design solutions in accordance with design principles and create a Design document and Test cases as per RPA recommendation.
  • Should be able to work independently end to end, right from automation feasibility, Design, coding, testing and deployment on automating the Process in the Automation Tool.
  • Solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely support and solutions as required
  • Good verbal & written communication skills, and should be able to talk directly/independently with clients to understand the requirements and provide a solution
  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process and technical specification
  • Should have experience in VBA, Macros.
  • Should have experience in developing and deploying BOTs in Citrix and Non-Citrix Environments.
  • Should be able to perform Code review, Solutioning, identifying what tools fit the Process, and Estimation.
  • Ability to develop Bots / Automation job code/scripts that are well-structured.
  • Expertise in UAT testing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of this scripts & BOTs.
