Work Experience

Responsibilities

• Bachelor s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll management.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Should have proven experience in employee engagement
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Should have good knowledge in employee grievance handling and Statutory compliance
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Should have good knowledge of employee off -boarding process
• Should have good knowledge of employee communication and engagements.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Should have excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with Proven Abilities in Customer Relationship Management

Must have Characteristics:

• Excellent communication skills Fluent Oral & Written English
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
• Through personality pays attention to details
• Takes initiatives and motivated, takes initiatives and motivated
• Should have excellent presentation and organizing skills.
• Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis
• Should be adept in decision making
• Should be flexible and creative
