Associate / Intern - Talent Mapping Job in Aidash Inc

Key Responsibilities: - Identify sources for mapping talent, for AiDash verticals - Engineering, Data Science, Business Consulting, Sales Leadership, and Subject Matter Experts in geo-spatial eco-system across India, US, and Europe. - Understand the roles, come up with a list of target companies for AiDash hiring e.g. research institutions aligned with AiDash R&D work, Ai based SaaS platforms, Tech startups in Geo spatial industry etc. - Map talent across levels in competitors, and other target companies via linkedin. - Map talent on specialty platforms like Kaggle, Github, StackOverflow, geospatial research publications, utility conferences, etc. - Support in the recruitment process, as and when needed by talent acquisition leads. What you would need for this role? - Fresh graduates in engineering / management with logical mind, with strong research acumen. - Final year candidates in above disciplines, can also apply for 3-6 month internship. - Freelancers with experience in business research can also apply. - Strong problem solving skills - Logical mind, with acumen in business research - Good communication skills. - Tech-savvy, and willing to explore new-age research tools. - Willingness to learn about new tech trends. - Experience in talent mapping/talent acquisition is a plus.
