Key responsibilities would include:

Create websites, landing pages, and web applications that are responsive, performant, and accessible that engage audiences through rich, interactive use experience for AiDash.com. Build reusable components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for use across our marketing websites and application. Develop Content Management workflows and functionality that allows marketing teams to deploy content quickly across multiple geographies. Learning the latest front end technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques possible. Collaborate with design team and other developers and be an advocate of good design and UX in our organisation.
Experience and skills that are important for success in this role:

Developing public-facing websites that perform well on all devices using modern languages and frameworks. Our marketing website is build using Drupal, and is being moved to Wordpress. So, one should have an understading of Drupal, with strong experience in building websites / applications in wordpress. Building complex interactions in a performant way, with pixel perfect design guidelines. Extensive experience debugging cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility issues. Experience evaluating page performance, SEO best practices and use of Google Tag manager and other such tools. Stays educated on the latest in software development standard methodologies and new technologies, especially HTML5 and CSS3, and continually works to innovate and build new web experience.

It would be great if you had experience with:

Experimentation and evaluation methodologies to help inform decisions with real-world data. A deep understanding of one or more specific client-side areas like animation, performance, or accessibility for example. Experience with library such as Scroll Magic, Greensock or other similar library will be an added advantage. Experience with integrating Marketing automation and CRM platform (like Hubspot etc.) will be a plus.
