Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Aimtron sales team is looking for a dynamic Inside Salesperson to assist our Sr. Sales team in managing customer orders. The Inside Sales position will also be a liaison across different functions, provide product information to clients, and other duties. This position is responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry. The person will be responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information, performs daily clerical and office maintenance tasks, such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotations and process documents.

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments
• Provide assistance for intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments.
• Track and expedite deliveries, if required.
• Support all outside sales personal
• Enter, monitor, and communicate at times directly with customers regarding status of their orders
• Develop superior customer service relationships with customers
• Produce reports and support our program managers reports for our clients.
• Provide backup support for the supervisor and team members
• Additional duties per supervisor request
