Job Summary

Education: MBA (HR), BBA, DLLP

Desired skills: People oriented, excellent communication (Written and Verbal), Empathy, Soft spoken,listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Knowledge of statutory skills and compliance.

Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT industry

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment & selection process
  • Joining formalities and completion of the documentation process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • The HR will be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements needed for employee relation and policies
  • Reducing employee turnover at Company and attracting top talent to fill open positions
  • Salary calculation and looking into statutory compliances
  • Develop and monitor overall HR procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support
  • Look into administration activity
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach
