Role Overview
We re hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience across our SaaS product ecosystem. You ll manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding and training to retention and renewals primarily supporting clients in UK and US markets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead new clients through seamless onboarding, ensuring optimal platform configuration based on business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to align on implementation goals and ensure a smooth handover from sales to support.
Product Adoption & Engagement
- Drive feature adoption through training sessions, product walkthroughs, and personalized client strategies.
- Help clients realize value quickly by demonstrating clear ROI and success benchmarks.
Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Deliver proactive support, issue resolution, and regular check-ins to maintain client satisfaction.
Customer Health Monitoring
- Track engagement metrics and customer behavior to assess health scores.
- Create re-engagement strategies for at-risk customers to reduce churn.
Feedback & Advocacy
- Gather insights to support product development and enhancements.
- Identify potential case studies and referenceable clients for testimonials and reviews.
Retention, Renewals & Growth
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sell strategies.
- Support initiatives to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple, value-focused terms.
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Gainsight, or similar.
- Comfortable working UK/US time zones from our Indore office.
