Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related field / Business IT/Business Systems Engineering /Software Engineering / CS/ Computer Software Development.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Well Excel and other Application Software.
• Latest windows10 Knowledge.
• Experienced in Help Desk Operators or Applications Support Specialists.
• Excellent oral communication skills in English with a passion to resolve customer queries successfully and quickly.
