Job Description

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us keep growing. DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Implement integrations requested by customers Deploy updates and fixes Provide Level 2 technical support Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems Perform root cause analysis for production errors Investigate and resolve technical issues Develop scripts to automate visualization Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives

BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role Good knowledge of at least one scripting language Working knowledge of databases and SQL Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
