• Min 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in implementation of #salesforce projects is a must.
• Onshore- Offshore working model experience required.
• Will be responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions.
• Should have extensive experience in requirement gathering.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is a Plus.

Job Description:

• Will work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com development
• Candidate will be accountable for project deliverables and documents plus project outcomes and quality.
• Will manage and retain a cooperative working relationship with clients and deliver high-quality services consistently.
• Will be responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions.
• Gain insights into end user and customer needs and manage the Product Backlog for a product.
• Will work with the Technical Delivery Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.
• The applicant will work with Technical Delivery Manager and end users for planning and execution of user Acceptance Testing.
• Is needed to participate in plan reviews related with project execution.
• Replies actively to business and project issues and escalates suitably.
• Will ensure communication of Change Management activities and confirm solution and schedule adaptability.
