Vr Specialist Job in Alcon Engineering Laboratory

Major Accountabilities : Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while always upholding organizational Values Develop customers to achieve maximum sales, key element the pricing strategy/policy/Discounts to get the sales. Ensure to collect the out standings on time to complete the sales. Implement activities to sell Alcon vitro-retinal products in the market. Provide constant update to Sales Manager - VR on the development within the stipulated work area. Constant feedback on the market information to develop edge over competitor. Effectively manage territory development for vitro-retinal products. Support after - sales service to customers through product in services. Work in OR to constantly promote Alcon vitro-retinal product range, ensure that the minimum daily call criteria are met. Develop key opinion leaders lo increase the share of voice for VR products. Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative. Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team. Ensure India Marketing programs, strategies and tactics are effectively implemented, monitored, and managed through the execution of Regional Marketing/Country programs. Plan to effectively grow brands through activity-based management focus and plan and execute SoV activities.
