Skill Set
Education:
B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics/Telecommunications from an accredited college or technical institute.
Industry Experience
Three years minimum
Knowledge Areas
- 3-5 years of experience in writing manuals
- Experience in writing operational procedures
- Experience in writing user guides
- Experience in writing industry-standard product documents
- Experience in telecom OSS/BSS, RADIUS, AAA, HTML
- Experience in IP networking and network programming will be a plus
- Proficient in English, flexible, rigorous, synthetical communication, and strong adaptability
Desirable Skills
Knowledge and proficiency in:
- Adobe FrameMaker
- MS Office applications
- HTML. XML
- Epic Editor
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of WebWorks Content Management Tool
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and document the software solutions in user and admin guides covering system configuration details, runtime behavior, and use cases.
- Diagrammatically represent network and product deployments
- Unit test documents to verify compliance with system behavior
- Ability to write System Operating Procedures with screenshots
