Contract Risk Manager Job in Alfa Laval

Key Responsibilities of the Job:

• Review of Sales Contract / Tender and do a Risk Assessment
• Advice Business on how to mitigate Contractual risk
• Ensure Business Contracts are in compliance with Alfa Laval Minimum Contract Standards
• Review draft of NDA
• Support Direct/Indirect Purchase in contract formulation
• Advice Business on Export Control and Trade Sanctions
• Estimate and mitigate risk

Who you are?

As a Contract Risk Manager, you will act as a change leader ,a strong communicator to assist and support business in the contract review process to ensure compliance of the contract with minimum contract standards of the Alfa Laval Group and assist the Business Divisions in Export control and trade sanctions screening and compliance.

Your strongbusiness acumen and strategicapproach will guide the organisation toreachto the next level and deliver excellentcustomer experience and timely delivery. You are value driven person with high level of integrity. Your strong and courageous mindset is a key.

What you can be?

• You have over 8 years of experience in contracts & commercial matters.
• Commerce or Engineering Graduate. Degree in Law is an advantage

• We believe you have an experience of working with Global Organizations.
• You should havean experience of working with different nationalities.
