Job Description

  • Cold Calling, Lead Generation to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Responding to customer visit, incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Responding to customer visit, incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Gathering Market and customer information, generate customer queries, Send Offer, Negotiating on Price, Costs, Delivery and Specifications with buyers and Managers
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Creating Detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  • Reviewing your own Sales Performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and Requirements.
  • Making Accurate, Rapid Cost Calculations and Providing Customers with Quotations.
  • Revenue generation through Builders, Developers, Architects, and Contractors.
  • Engaging with Architects, Consultants and end customers actively for business development.
  • Sales Planning against the Targets.
  • Sales Indenting as per Targets.
  • Team Motivating and training towards the Targets.
  • Proven Track of Conversion ratio.
  • Keeping an eye on the competitor s activities.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Generating leads and building pipeline through Builders, Developers, Architects, and Contractors and their Projects.
  • Making presentations to the client detailing the product configurations and their USPs.
  • Help the client understand the product ergonomics and the commercial impact of the products.
  • Pitching the right solution to the customers.
  • Conducting regular training activities for Internal Team and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented.
  • Proven relationship building capability.

  • Coordination with Sales, Finance and Production Team for New Product Development.

Qualification :
Any Graduate / MBA Marketing
