Business Analyst Job in Algoanalytics Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for using data to discover and solve real world problems.

This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for understanding the market of AI & ML and identify business problems to solve using Data Science in various domains. Strong understanding of competitor analysis is a key requirement.

Your Role entails:

Business Development:Create & Develop high-quality pitch materials and build growth strategies specific to industry vertical, and track and manage client pipeline. Participate in the discovery phase of projects to channel and create platforms for future client base

Strategic Support:Support strategic initiatives through problem solving and thought leadership. Generate high quality research on the competitive environment, track AI industry trends, peer benchmarks, emerging technologies and potential partnerships.

Functional Support: Build reports/dashboards to monitor organizational level activities pertaining to projects, people and processes. Build functional architecture, test scenarios and test cases for solutions including AI/ML/DL based solutions. Build a corpus of Templates & Tools for streamlined functioning of the business process.

You are expected to display the following skills and competencies:

• Strong problem solving through ability to analyze qualitative, operational & financial data. Experience in modeling complex business scenarios
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills; must demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally with a variety of different personality types
• Ability to concisely and effectively communicate with senior management
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories, blog around the work being done coordinating with Data scientists within the Company
• Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
• High degree of adaptability & intellectual curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration. Work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Canva etc
• Understanding of visualization tools such as Tableau, is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Understanding of Python and ML modelling
• MBA marketing is a must
