Job Description

• 8+ years of Experience as Program Test Manager
• Experience working on transformation projects
• Experience of having co-ordinated multiple projects in medium to large software delivery environments
• Experience working with previous large-scale healthcare firms is desired
• Demonstrable experience of having managed the capture, tracking and reporting of a large and complex set of project activities.
• A proven track record of the successful delivery of multiple projects in previous domains to tight deadlines.
• Effective communication to team members and to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of various testing frameworks
• Would have managed both the manual and test automation

Responsibilities-

• Co-ordinate the testing of multiple projects/applications to meet the Program objectives
• Work with the application test managers to create a consolidated test strategy, test plans, for the systems integration testing, UAT and migration to the new infrastructure.
• To work with other functions to co-ordinate and schedule testing activity between the different systems.
• To track progress and identify risks and issues relating to testing impacting delivery.
• To ensure project reporting to the team is provided in a timely manner and according to defined standards and quality.
• Manage relationships with all key business and IT stakeholders.
