- Min 10+ years of Experience
- Responsible for driving a team of Account Managers & Managers to service Clients.
- Day to day interaction with Team & at the Client level with decision makers ,Vertical Heads, in educating & nurturing prospects through a consultative approach regarding IT Staffing.
- Forging Client Interaction and Relationship management to generate consistent Business growth .
- Keeping a close eye on optimal entry points to build a strong revenue pipeline and Catalyse the Account Managers and delivery team to ensure quality deliverables to the clients.
- Preparing, renewing and assessing agreements/contracts for recruitment and staffing.
- Achieving goals/targets for the team and ensuring optimum level of capacity utilization for delivery and Performance.
- Understand different industries and core business processes and perform detail analysis of business requirements to formulate customized IT based solutions
