Job Summary

A). Reception

  • Telephone/Call management (Internal & External)
  • Bill Checking (Mobile)
  • Courier handling (Inward-hand over to respective stakeholder) and Outward
  • New COCP connection for new joinees

B). Admin activities:

  • Hotel Booking, Guest house booking, and travel booking.
  • Mediclaim related activities
  • Misc. Bill checking
  • Make admin office presentable (Conference/Directors cabin furniture etc)
  • DIGIKEM (Service anniversary and Birthday)

C). Security:

  • Security frisking procedure for female candidate

D). Misc.

  • Support in recruitment
  • Support in Induction
  • Welcome support for new employees /GuestRoles and Responsibilities
