Sr. Executive/executive-indirect Procurement Job in Alkem Laboratories Ltd

Objective / Purpose of this role:

Adequate Knowledge for Contract Service Rendered across Industry w.r.t. Procurement Function.

All kinds Services avail across Alkem manufacturing units.

Understating the Service require Specification from End user, Sourcing Caliber Vendor from the identical sector, Floating the Service RFP with KPI & SLA criteria. Techno commercial evaluation of RFP response & comparative statements, negotiation with Vendors & order finalization with Agreement Process.

Fully Adhere to Corporate Procurement Policies, Adoption of SOP and Compliance with Audit Trail.

Administrative, Legal & Govt Norms Compliance Documents preparation.

Key Result Area:

Lead various cost saving Levers & meet the max KPI Deliverables.

PR to PO & Contract Management cycle within defined timeline.

Vendor Evaluation & On boarding and Optimisation.

Indeed coordination with end users & Legal Team for timely delivery of defined services.

Working Skill: SAP+Ariba based Sourcing Process - Covering Maximum CPS spent Via Sap Ariba e-Procurement Platform.

Monthly MIS with Data Analytics.
