Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and outbound supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
In addition, he is responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff.
Planning and controlling of over all activities in the warehouse
Development of staffs by providing training
Needs to keep a check on absenteeism and over time as well
Ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse
Responsible for maintaining reports pertaining to the warehouse. The reports include inventory of stocks, dead stock, consumption and manpower
Motivate the staff in the warehouse to maintain efficiency and also provide opportunities to move up the career ladder.
Manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports.
Demonstrated ability to problem solves.
