Job Summary
6+ Year experience in retail banking projects in 3+ experience in Finnone/Finacle application management. Experience in Functional Testing in Banking and Financial services Domain. Good knowledge in testing of Banking Financial Services. Thorough knowledge on Loan Origination and/or Loan management and/or Collection Good exposure to Credit Operation and/or Back-office service operations and/or collection operations. Sound experience on Retail Banking with relevant experience in the below cited respective business streams. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Good Knowledge in Test Management Tools like Bugzilla, TFS. Adequate knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL Understanding the business requirements and functional specification documents Preparation of Test Cases / Scripts / Scenarios Preparation of Day zero Checklist Updating and recording test results in Test Management and Defect Management Tools Preparation of daily defect reports Defect management and Tracking till closure Co-ordination/Liaison between the Client, Development team and the testing team Leading Defect Meeting on daily basis during execution Preparation of execution status report and publishing Dashboard on a daily basis Preparation of test summary report Report work progress to Test Manager Mentor and train the team members EDUCATION: B.Tech/MCA/Any Graduation (Graduates with good knowledge on Loan Management System) EXPERIENCE: 6+ Years Non Technical Ability to work independently and with team and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Ability to learn new techniques and tools in area of expertise and implement in projects as required Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated Proactive in taking up project tasks and complete them, Ability to "think outside the box.
This position will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the market, customer needs and competitor activities, contributing to continuous optimisation of products, propositions an experiences - thereby increasing adoption, minimising complaints, maximising client satisfaction and delivering active customer growth.
