Job Summary

Job Roles and Responsibilities: Strategize and conduct processes around Human Resource Planning for the department. Take up End to End process of Talent Acquisition. Manage Induction, Orientation and Exit Processes as per the needs. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. Making systems for Team Trainings, Periodic Review, Rating Exercises and Feedback, Score Board Systems. Ensuring Employee Satisfaction, overseeing the health and safety of all employees, conducting Employee Welfare Activities. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. Job Requirements and Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position. Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.) Proficient in MS Office. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Strong ethics and reliability.
