Job Roles and Responsibilities: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for Grades 1-3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement. Provide personalised instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each student. Use various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance learning experiences. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance, address concerns, and promote a collaborative learning environment. Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students through age-appropriate activities and projects. Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices. Ensure classroom discipline and create a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and research findings to enhance instructional techniques. Job Requirements and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Valid teaching certification or license for primary education. Proven experience teaching primary grade students, preferably Grades 1-3. In-depth knowledge of child development theories, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive and disciplined learning environment. Ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Familiarity with educational technology tools and their integration into the curriculum. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
