Job Summary
  • 2 8 years experience in BTL Marketing(Real Estate or any industry)
  • Place of work: Site as assigned
  • Team handling skills ( 5 10 people)
  • Frequent Travelling Required / Adaptive to work on weekend
  • Strong experience in generating leads for Chennai Projects through various BTL Marketing activities.
  • Work at the site located and perform various BTL activities / strong BTL Execution (Kiosk/Hoardings/Flyers Distribution / Door to Door Marketing /Events etc)
  • Work as a team and will be reporting the Marketing Manager
  • Having knowledge of the Chennai/TN property market added advantage.
  • Updating all necessary information in the ERP
  • Responsible for Team Targets
  • To support in appointing BTL Marketing vendors for the respective projects.
  • Work closely with the vendors, monitor the work in progress.
  • To work within the cost assigned.
  • Assign tasks to the team and monitor the timely completion.
  • Good people management skill
  • Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to train /mentor /coach/hire/retain and make his team perform
  • Delivering reports to the Management
  • Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
  • Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
  • Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
