Service Manager Job in Alligator Automations

• Service Manager be responsible for undertake the task of planning, controlling and managing all the installation & commissioning service activities of the machines.

Planning for Installation & Commissioning

• To plan for installation, Commissioning of machine at customer site.
  
• Resource planning for the same.

Daily report super vision

• Provide service to the customer for the existing projects.
  
• Deploy engineer at customer site.
  
• Online support to the engineer if needed.
  
• Involve in the trial of machine for smooth handover.
  
• Involve in spare part business.

Coordination

• Coordination with the customer during the installation of machines & service. Internal coordination with mechanical team, store, projects team & engineering team.

Documentation

• Maintain the data of MOM for the customer
  
• Maintain the site report
  
• Maintain the production log
  
• Maintain the daily log sheet
  
• FAT, SAT
  
• Provide all MIS Reports
  
• Customer Feedbacks
