Job Summary
  • Ability to gather and maintain a wide array of data, analyze data, preparing reports, and introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process along with excellent and technical skills.
  • Experience in exercising judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for account
  • Demonstrated expertise to prepare required documents and presentations as required
  • Proven expertise to ensure high level security, accuracy, and efficiency, demonstrate attention to details
  • Make sure that all the problems are well classified based on type of problems, client wise problems etc. and assigned to the responsible team as per problem management processes.
  • Categorize and prioritize problems based on recurrence, severity, impacted services etc.
  • Prepare chronic analysis for critical clients and management dashboards where progress of the problems can be easily tracked.
  • Good understanding of ITIL problem management concepts along with understanding of different problem-solving techniques like Ishikawa diagrams, Kepner-Tregoe, fault free analysis etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Incident, Change, Release and Problem management.
  • Excellent analytical and trend analysis based on recurrence of problem/incidents, type of incidents.
  • Schedule the problem resolution and coordinate root cause analysis and diagnosis.
  • Work as on Call or escalation point for Clients.
  • Worked in Shared Services Environment.
  • Willing to work in 24X7 Support environment and able to work in continuous changing Environment.
  • Work towards customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Reporting capabilities.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours.

Qualification :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in problem management processes (Reactive & Proactive).
  • ITIL/ITSM Foundation or Intermediate certification
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Good PC skills and MS application knowledge
  • Ability to establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Strong understanding of all significant components of an overall IT architecture (infrastructure, applications, data management, redundancy, and disaster recovery).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
