Job Summary
Qualification :
- Maintenance of the service management tools providing ad hoc support services to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate production of reporting (utilization, project, product metrics, etc)
- High quality and timely updates on support work via email and ticket updates
- Control the functional dashboard and procedures for management reporting based on business metrics
- Create, schedule, execute, and resolve issues with reporting of customer SLA and metrics in Service Now and CA Service Desk service management tools
- Create, schedule, execute, and resolve issues with reporting metrics via SQL in MS Power BI and CA Business Intelligence (CABI) or CA Business Objects Enterprise XI (BOXI)
Qualification :
- Baccalaureate, or Graduate, or BAC+3 as per local diploma in computer science/IT or relevant work experience
- Clear and concise English communication
- ITIL certification
