Job Summary

Eligibility criteria

  • Should have excellent written communication and should be able to comprehend properly.
  • Should be good at typing.
  • Exp 1 to 2 Yrs in Voice Process.
  • Good English Communication.
  • Handling customer s queries and requests for the services.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
  • Candidates who can speak Hindi or Kannada or Malayalam or Telugu fluently.
  • Day shift (8 am 9 pm), any 9 hrs shift.
