Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable project plans.
- Utilize JIRA to create, track, and manage project tasks, issues, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination during project execution.
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to all relevant parties and addressing any roadblocks or concerns.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and lead generation.
- Analyze project data and metrics to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations, as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or methodologies related to project management and JIRA.
