Job Summary
Desired Skills Should have experience in Interior plastic parts like Instrument panel, Centre Console, Door trims, Pillar trims, Headliner trims etc.
Basic knowledge of Tooling Requirement of plastics parts, Acquainted with manufacturing processes- Injection moulding, Compression moulding, Vacuum forming.
Should have excellent knowledge on Tooling Feasibility, Surface analysis.
Proficiency in CATIA V5 and / or UG NX (Surface modelling and Part modelling & Drawing)
Exposure to Data management using PLM tools
Exposure to Automotive Regulations for Interiors
Exposure to processes like DVP, DFMEA, DFM
Exposure to Tolerance stack up, GD & T & ASME Y 14.5 standardsc
Exposure to Testing and validation will be added advantage
Good written & oral communication skills
Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
