- Issue of equipments to contractor for field deployment and maintain relevant records
- Making of inventory of equipments / consumables
- Packing and transportation, need based
- Receiving back all equipments from contractors and verify inventory / losses
- Making of inventory of equipments / consumables and communicate to all concerned
- Receive equipment / consumables for project and make inventory
- Issue & receipt of equipment
- Periodic generation of stock / inventory status
- Inform Head of any discrepancy / shortage during receipt of equipments
