Roles & Responsibilities: Onboarding: Coordinate and assist in the onboarding of new research Ensuring that each integration is delivered on time and within the requirements Maintenance: Validate and maintain the accuracy of research received from various sources Ensuring that data is correct, consistent, and available in a timely manner Regularly reviewing content from existing sources for completeness Support: As a subject matter expert, you will also be responsible for investigating and/or addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Addressing operational issues raised by brokers and/or other third parties Monitoring alerts for processing delays and escalating them to the appropriate teams Functional Improvements: Collaborate with the PMs to identify sources of improvement Streamlining processes and recommending enhancements to tools and workflows Documentation: Create, update, and document operational processes (SOPs) Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of financial data entry, aggregation, or operations experience Bachelor s Degree (with strong academic record) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to identify improvements in processes and workflows Must be comfortable in a challenging & growing environment with shifting priorities Ability to execute tasks and take complex projects through completion Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Google Suite Strong Plus: Experience working with sell-side / investment research Experience with metadata tagging
