Analyst Standard Operating Environment support

Support SOE issues

Support INplace upgrade issues

Should be familiar with OS components, GPO, Application common problems, O365 high level understanding

Should be familiar with Windows L3 support for escalated incidents from SD and hand and feet support

Should have working knowledge on SNOW or similar ITSM tools

Should be able to related issues to hardware, software, GPO, network, Audio Video issues etc

Should be able to resolve issues on deployments using PXE boot, SCCM, WDS etc

Should be able to troubleshoot issues with WDS, SCCM, 1E deployments issues

Should be able to work closely with SCCM team on distribution points, PXE servers on network, DP and other infra issues

Should be able to track and close all escalated and transferred tickets

Should be working closely with end users to understand and ask right questions to resolve issues related OS, SOE, Applications, Network connectivity, Audio, GPO etc

Should have basic knowledge of Intune profile creation and publishing

Should have sound knowledge of SCCM deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduated with a bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, should have at least 4-5 years of experience in IT with majority of it in SOE deployment through SCCM, 1E, WDS.
  • Work as individual contributor on SOE deployment and deployment issues
  • has sound knowledge on Windows OS (Windows and LINUX would be added advantage)
  • Has good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe.
  • Fluent in English and work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of Alstom
  • Experience in ITIL processes and framework specially in change and release management processes
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Team player
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus.
  • Demonstrated competency collaborative work with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Proven ability to work in global companies and delivering solutions across multiple geographies
