Title: End User Support, Windows 10, Hardware, Outlook, Basic Office365, AntiVirus
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in End User Support
Core Competencies:
Basic Office365, Laptop Hardware, Software installation, Outlook, Windows 10, Email communication, Ticketing, Antivirus.
Job details:
Support end user laptop issues including operating system.
Daily Business As Usual Calls, Support on Windows 10, Office365 and Outlook configuration.
Imaging laptop OS, Troubleshooting hardware issues and driver issues.
Reconciliation of IDs and work on audit requirements.
Detailed Activities:
Support and maintain day to day client related issues
Install, configure and maintain windows and Linux operating systems
Desktop / Laptop hardware troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting
Supporting email clients (outlook) / VPN / and other regular applications
Working knowledge in office365 and its related application
Assist users to configure outlook and MS teams in their mobile devices
Good knowledge on installing and configuring network printers and scanners
Remote troubleshooting for End-user issues (Hardware & Software).
Help to setup client zoom meetings
IT Asset management and inventory update.
Coordinating with IT vendors for hardware related issues and support activities.
Experience and Skill required must:
Good understanding of Windows 10.
Ability to compose email.
End user relationship development and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and with teams.
A customer oriented attitude.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
Personal and professional integrity which communicates a sense of mission, and ability to self-start.
