Job Summary Role Definition
  • Should have worked on Complex implementations
  • Should be an individual developer as well as to handle a team. Expertise in below mentioned technical areas
  • Performance optimization of Components and end to end application
  • Should have worked with Customers on Design and various stake holders for approvals and necessary testing
  • Have experience in Security aspect (Encryption of services , Handling PII data, penetration testing knowledge etc. )
  • Review Code for the team and coach for Best Practices
  • Be a Mentor for the Team
  • Document Standards and procedures and implement with team
  • Collect Metrics on defects and triage Defects with the team
  • Be able to help groom Stories for the team

  • Achieve top line and bottom line targets for the account/portfolio
  • Detailed account plan and achieving on the same on a quarter on quarter basis
  • Formal engagement plan for liaising with key senior customer stakeholders, and facilitating Altimetrik leadership connects with client executives via a multi-tier approach
  • Lead and influence an engaged and effective workforce and that is fully integrated with Altimetrik vision, values and purpose
Our ideal candidate comes with
  • Should have min of 8+ years of experience
  • Performance optimization of Components and end to end application
  • Should have worked with Customers on Design and various stake holders for approvals and necessary testing
  • Should have worked on Complex implementations

Technical/Functional competency

  • IT software development, digital solutions, digital transformation background is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of technology, software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers using agile principles

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals
  • Working knowledge of systems infrastructure
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
