Job description
As a graphic designer at Altorise, you'll be discovering creative new ways of communicating value for a variety of brands based in India and overseas. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player, excited to explore and master a variety of design challenges, capable of working with and managing cross-functional teams, have a deep love for great design, design thinking, and has a voracious appetite to pick-up new skills.
Your main role would be to interpret and apply the best graphic design, motion design, UI / UX concepts, and CX insights to solve interesting marketing challenges. You will also need to ensure only work of the highest quality and effectiveness goes out, that is consistent with the quality and reputation for which Altorise is known and famed for. Your passion for building great customer experiences, strong brand alignment, driving valuable connections between people will be pivotal to your success.
Job responsibilities
- Understand creative briefs
- Recommend innovative design ideas
- Conceptualize ideas with hand-drawn sketches
- Apply color theory, typography, design rules to creatives
- Adapt designs for digital mediums and social media
- Brainstorm ideas with creative & strategy teams
Job requirements
- Proven communication design track record and body of work (portfolio)
- Advanced knowledge of Graphic Design tools like PhotoShop, Illustrator, Figma/Sketch
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate etc.
- Diploma, Degree, PG in Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design or related domains
