Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for publisher onboarding and optimization best practices for all programmatic ads.
  • Regularly connects with Customers and understand their requirements, manage their ad operations to maximise revenue.
  • Gather product feedback around Mobile monetization improvement areas based on the feedback received directly from customers or the Customer Success team.
  • Manage account setup and maintain accounts on Amagi Ad Server.
  • Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation.
  • Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management and engineering.
  • Keeping multiple support systems updated (e.g. JIRA, Amagi Ad Server, Reporting Systems etc).
  • Actively respond to escalations for both Publisher and Demand clients relating to integration issues, discrepancies, Brand Safety etc.
  • Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure higher returns for end customer.
  • Participate in and contribute to business reviews with clients to review technical issues and product support opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of online advertising ecosystem and business models especially focussed on video advertising.
  • Prior experience with supporting publishers is a plus.
  • Experience in competitive analysis across the advertising ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of RTB, PMP, Header Bidding/Wrapper, SDK and various ad formats/ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of ad servers Google Ad Manager; Google DFP, SpringServe, Freewheel, etc.
  • Knowledge about advertising value chain including DSP, SSP, Ad agencies, etc.
  • Understanding of buying patterns in a programmatic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables + vlookup and various reporting techniques.
  • Experience with MS Access; SQL and other Database tools is a plus.
  • Experience using complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes.
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with debugging tools like Fiddler, Firebug, Charles log or Chrome Inspector.
  • Very Good Communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written english.

Preferred Work Experience: 5+ years of experience working in the Programmatic Advertising domain.

Education/Qualifications: BE/BTech/MBA
