Job Summary

Amagi is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to work with sales team and focus on the full-cycle sales process, from providing technical product knowledge, preparing proposals, Service Orders, MSA etc

The Job Entails:

  • Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
  • Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space.
  • Qualify and help close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain account plan s technical portions.
  • Determine, resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management.
  • Assist regional business development activities.
  • Understand technical/business requirements of the customer and propose a suitable value proposition and solution design.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, and development team to demonstrate the solution
  • Communicate with engineering, customer requirements and field learnings as requirements for product roadmap.

Education and Skills Required:

  • MBA (Any Stream) with B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE / EEE
  • Basic Knowledge of Amazon Cloud ( AWS)
  • Basic knowledge of OTT ( HLS, MPEG-DASH, CDN)

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 5 Years of experience in audio-video and cloud technologies would be highly preferred
  • Fast learning capability in new technology domains
  • Ability to do multi-tasking is essential
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Exp in tech/commercial proposal
  • Go-get attitude and positive outlook on making the customer engagement a success
  • Patience and Perseverance to work in an agile environment
  • Willingness to work in the time zone of customers as and when required ( US time zone)
