Ux Designer Job in Amagi

Years of Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years

Requirements:

• Should have proven problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex ideas
• Ability to translateuser needs and business goals into innovative products that provide an engaging user experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a user centred design process, interaction and visual design skills with experience designing web apps/ cross platform products in the consumer as well as enterprise space.
• Should initiate/ participate in user research initiatives and insights to drive design decisions
• Should be a team player with experience working in a cross functional team ie Design Engineering , Operations & Product Management.
• Should be self driven, proactive and have the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Should possess good communication skills to articulate the design process and design decisions to stakeholders.
• Shoulddemonstrateeffective management of shifting priorities, deliver pixel perfect products, andconsistently meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of wireframing and visual design tools. Knowledge of prototyping tools such as framer, principle, figma, etc. is a bonus.

Preference for candidates who have completed their B-Des or M-Des from institutes like NID or IDC (IIT).
