Job Summary

DESCRIPTION

Operates with significant autonomy and discretion Influences other internal & external teams May manage multiple direct reports.

Share deep domain/process expertise across own organization. Proactively identify problems with significant business impact; facilitate analysis to identify problems and opportunities. Independently define analytical approach and metrics strategy. Standardize comprehensive list of required needs for 80% of use cases. Scale strategies and expand past immediate department. Solve the most complex and ambiguous analytic projects of the broader organization. Comfortably and skillfully flex among various tools according to the problem and data. Derive recommendations from analysis that have impact on multiple teams and provide significant business value. Run basic regression methods (e.g., linear, logistic, basic time series) and identify opportunities to leverage more advanced modeling methods. Influence other teams to ensure deadlines are met; hold stakeholders accountable. Effectively manage project resources; create solutions to unexpected obstacles and reallocate resources as necessary. Set long-term vision and direction for team projects. Work and represent the team on multi-team projects. Interact with other teams to ensure coordination of efforts throughout the project and obtain buy-in as needed. Influence development roadmaps to build scalability and automation into reporting and analysis.
Continuously build network of talent inside and outside of company. Demonstrate and differentiate performance and leadership across multiple levels and apply to hiring decisions. Create mechanisms to quickly on-board new talent to the organization; mentor others. Coach effectively and provide feedback to direct reports to help develop talent and support career development. Set and balance goals across team, optimizing performance against department goals and employee development. Apply performance standards to team. Assess and differentiate performance of team members across levels; articulate requirements for promotion ability to team members. Identify resource needs for team.





BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Min 15+ years relevant work experience in executing enterprise wide transformation and/or expansion initiatives at the scale of Fortune 50 companies.
Min 15+ years of combined experience in program management, product management, systems and solution design/analysis strategy, and other related roles.
Min 10+ years of experience managing large teams.
Min 10+ years of combined experience in WFM technology and processes.
