Fulfillment Centers throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. IT RAD(Rapid Asset Deployment) RMA center manages RMAs for Amazon Seller Services and Transport Services RMA across the India. IT support Engineer will be working for RAD centers to provide Rapid solution for IT Infrastructure repairs and RMAs. IT Support engineer will be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support.

? Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer science or IT related field.
A+ Certified or equivalent experience/knowledge
Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
3 to 5 years of relevant experience RMA/Repair of Laptops, Desktops, RF Scanners and IT Inventory Management /Networking
Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, RF scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Knowledge on RMA process of all IT related equipments
Knowledge on Chip level PCB repair would be added advantage
Hands on experience in IOS imaging , Linux and Windows OS
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers.
Hands on experience in IT Inventory management
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP,OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/radio with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
? Preferred Qualifications
Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification
Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
Ability to manage high priority projects
Strong Leadership skills
Hands on experience in Cisco CLI
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Expert in at least one or more areas including network engineering, Cisco configuration and management, Microsoft Windows administration or Linux server administration.
