Job Summary

DESCRIPTION


As a member of Amazons Screening Services team, Program Managers support the business through the administration of Screening programs. Support the day-to-day operations of the programs including pre-employment, customer required background checks and will also act as a point of contact for program management, issue resolution and reporting. Specific responsibilities will include:

Background check program support including adjudication and troubleshooting

Provide ongoing support to executive level screening programs

Identify areas for improvement and take ownership of implementing changes

Monitor service level agreements and resolve issues with internal and external service providers

Lead new background check related projects

A successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, be able to triage high-risk issues and executive escalations with the utmost confidentiality; ability to liaise with executive recruiting teams, executive level candidates, and senior members of Amazon Legal. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a world-class customer service focus are required to deliver results for Amazon associates.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


3+ years experience in program or project management

Bachelor's Degree

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

3+ years of experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc)




PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS specifically.
Prior work with PeopleSoft or other HRIS ERP.
Prior experience with executive level screening programs
Exceptional attention to detail
