Amazon Pay processes billion of payments for Customers and Merchants across the country and aims to be the most trusted, convenient, rewarding and uniquitous payment instrument for customers and millions of Online and offline merchants.
Amazon Pay is expanding its offline Merchant networks ( merchants accepting Amazon Pay) and currently has 2.5 million merchants across the country. We intend to expand fast and are looking for a highly motivated leader to manage engagement of these million of merchants across the country.
Engagement includes driving programs that ensure merchants are using Amazon pay to accept payments from customers, are being interacted regularly through various tools optimised for the life stage of the merchant, establish Amazon pay as a large payments brand in the merchant eco-system, drive rewards program for deserving merchants and influence the product and tech roadmap to deliver tools that would improve engagement and reduce the costs of engaging a large network.
The candidate is expected to have a deep knowledge of the SME ecosystem in India, have strong analytics and data management skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications
Degree of Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute.
At least 3-6 years of experience working across on-field account management, Portfolio management, Analytics, e-commerce or retail, Seller engagement,
3-6 years of program management experience including delivering activities from teams that she/he didnt directly own.
Proven ability to define effective and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and measuring the success of those initiatives.
Ability to communicate and work with a wide range of groups (Internal and external) including TRMS, Technology, Product Management,Operations and Finance is a must.
Proficiency in database applications and Analytics.
Ability to carry out complex analyses, synthesize data with superior attention to detail and provide process improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications
Experience with Payments team would be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Superior verbal and written communications skills; particularly, the ability to communicate and deliver program in a clear and actionable format.
