Safety, Sustainability, Security, and Compliance (S3C) organization exists to keep our customers and partners safe, protect associates, ensure WW compliance, and enhance our brand through environmentally and socially sustainable operations. The Compliance Operations Team (C-Ops) is the operational arm of the S3C. C-Ops performs classification actions for Restricted Product Compliance (RPC), Dangerous Goods (DG) and Global Trade Services (GTS, covering Trade Compliance (TC), and Product Compliance (PC)) programs. C-Ops also supports the sustainability initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Customer Packaging Experience (CPEX), Electronic Handling Fee, Product Safety review and Product Recall for the Product Safety (PS) program. C-Ops is a global team with offices across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, and Costa Rica and supports compliance related needs for all Amazon marketplaces and internal customers.



Role & Responsibilities
Create and deliver an L&D roadmap for the business that helps the business scale and grow.
Influence L&D outcomes by understanding leadership development and assimilation needs and iterate on ideas and programs.
Design and deliver organization development and learning interventions that help solve business challenges
Enable solutions that scale and drive the highest organizational leverage
Own and Facilitate programs for both junior and senior audiences
Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of Learning and Development.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of development activities in relation to business goals on an ongoing basis
Move forward in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge, innovating with bold bets to drive business growth.
Align your work with Amazons business objectives and seek to deliver business value.
Utilize recent industry experience to make appropriate operational decisions for your team. Innovate within your team or program area.
Partner with peer managers to address cross-functional issues.
Deliver projects across business groups and centers. You may participate in cross-company initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
At the least 10+ years' experience in Learning and Development.
Certification from ATD (CPLP or similar) or another subject specializing in HR or Employee Development.
Experience in designing, developing and implementing global training programs-including considerations for localization translation needs
Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools
Experience in designing blended solutions for employees within tech and non-tech with extensive experience in the learning and development field within a large, decentralized global organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications


Experience creating e-learning content using tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Animation Software and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with Cornerstone, Thinking Cap or other learning management systems
Experience in Content Management Lifecycle including creation of customized content in various formats like eLearning, Videos, Micro learning, Instructor Led Trainings etc.
