JOB DESCRIPTION

• Core Business Analysis Skills
• Requirements Gathering and Requirements Analysis
• Creating Business Process Flows, Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Documents.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups; User Stories and Use Cases.
• Preparing requirement trace-ability matrix.
• Communicating requirements among team members.
• Client Communication written and Oral.
• Proficient with open office and other office tools with microsoft visio & Microsoft project.
• Experience working in an Agile environment. Handling Change Requests. Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC and its methodologies.
• General Management Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage different priorities.
• Train and Groom a set of junior BA.
• Technical Skills Familiarity with social media and Search Engines.
• Exposure to RDBMS concept and databases like MSSQL, Oracle.
• Understanding of web applications and web development environment.
• Understanding of mobile development Environment such as iOS, Android.
• Keen eye for details and execution oriented personality.
