Job Title:Service Engineer (Gujarat, Maharashtra, North & South India Region)

Job Description:
The role includes Customer support, On-site Installation and Commissioning, Servicing, and Repairs which includes the following responsibilities for our range of products.

• The on-site visit for installation and Commissioning PAN India.
• Coordination with customer for site availability and readiness.
• On-site Training to Customer and Document preparation.
• On-site calibration and AMC.
• Repairing of instruments based on the requirement.
• Maintain on site service report, MOM copy, AMC Raw data, customer feedback, etc.
• Sales Lead generation to visit nearby companies, collect maximum references from Plant visits and coordinate with the marketing dept. accordingly.

Key Skills Required:

• Technical competence to understand the system and process implementation.
• Servicing, maintenance, installation & commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of our electronic instruments.
• Calibration of gas detection systems, process control instruments and our other range of Products.
• Good communication skills.

Location: Gujarat, Maharashtra, North & South India Region. Traveling should not be a constraint.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma (Electronics or Instrumentation)
