Job Summary What will your job look like?
  • Service Provider: Provide service to Amdocs employees, managers and HR teams in HR related issues; Act as a sensor to the Field HR and proactively "raise flags" when necessary; Provide Tier 1 contact center service to Amdocs employees, managers and HR teams in HR policy, procedure, benefits and related issues; Monitor Tier 0 issues and adapt Tier 1 processes in response (relevant to Employee Relations Support - former FLS)
  • Analysis & Report: Upload, update and maintain data on various HR systems and issue reports and analyses, to allow on-going monitoring and decision making; Generate, design and present variety of reports that support organizational processes and enable ongoing improvement of HR processes.
  • Operational aspects: Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes, preparing business requirements, work with various stakeholders to prepare functional design and guide relevant stakeholders (relevant mainly to the Employee Relations Support)
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure the completion of various relevant Audit requirements within defined timelines, to ensure statutory compliance
  • Manage MIS, letter preparation and backend HRSS operations
  • Provide support to local and global team on various HR processes
  • Managing employee life cycle and payroll inputs
  • Partner and coordinate with Payroll, Finance, compensation and benefits team on various activities
  • Managing Reward and Recognition of employees
  • Preparing verification, Bonafide and roles and responsibilities letters for employees

Skills Required :

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and MBA in HR with strong academic background
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to multitask
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR operations/ generalist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS office (excel, word, PPT)
  • SAP SuccessFactor knowledge added advantage
  • Attention to detail and commitment
