Must Have's...
- You will be responsible for full lifecycle of software engineering project (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of the targets) within agreed quality, time, budget, and other agreed KPIs/SLAs
- You will be responsible for Team and People management (professional and personal care aspects)
- You will lead the team to resolve technical challenges, lead unit level initiatives to build technical competency to meet the needs of the team or unit
- You will lead the team for meeting the best software engineering practices, quality processes and methodologies
- You will promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes through out-of-the-box thinking on product and processes by utilizing or creating new software engineering tools and different innovation techniques
- You will manage multiple interfaces (internal and external), relationships and communication to ensure software delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer requirements, but also adds value to their business
Skills Required :
Must Have's...
- Experience in defining Engineering Done Criteria, Defining Quality gates for release
- Experience in ramping up a new project team (including recruitment and on job training) etc.
- Estimating Big/Small Projects, CRs and Epic
- Experience in leading design and brainstorming session
- High level Release planning, budget control
- Excellent Project Planning & Mgmt, Stakeholder management
- Identify refactoring items/Tech Debt stories for Release.
- Travel planning, Approve completed stories with product owner after checking all check gate passed.
- Resource Planning for Support and Development
- Scope negotiation, Raise Risks towards release commitments
- Support positive collaboration & empowerment between organizations, groups and sites
- Make sure the team follow agile properly and finish all commitments on time with good quality
- Code reviews and Code development
- Take responsibility of Product owner, leads, scrum master when required
- Good Knowledge of Core Java, REST and SOAP Webservices, Spring, JPA, Junit, test automation etc. to guide, coach and mentor team
- Good knowledge in Object-Oriented Design and development, design patterns, distributed architecture
- Good to have Microservices architectural knowledge
- Good knowledge of DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Maven) and methodologies.
