Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Lead the acquisition of new clients for the Bangalore region for Managed Office services. Will be responsible for the entire sales cycle i.e. Lead generation to deal closure/onboarding. Act as a Key Account Manager to the Client. Develop a strong network of client side Real Estate Managers to ensure Hunting & Farming. Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders for a smooth business process. Develop a strong Sales Pipeline. Key Requirements Degree holder with proven sales experience preferably within the co-working industry or commercial real estate sector. Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
